Our Team.

  • As an A Grade electrician for over 20years, Ben understands the trade from every angle. Ben has spent 15 years in project management and operations. This has given him an appreciation and understanding of what it takes to be a successful business that understands it’s client’s needs. Ben also has extensive data and fibre experience with numerous vendor certifications and accreditations. Ben heads up the Communications infrastructure department.

  • Brad began his career in the electronic security trade in 1990. While cutting his teeth in the industry at Absolute Security for 13 years, he then co-formed Innov8tive Services in 2011 with Ben Thomas. Brad has Milestone certification, Inner Range programming certification and extensive IP CCTV training. Brad heads up the security, access control and CCTV department.

  • A strategic thinker with a strong track record planning, managing and delivering complex businesses successfully, with many years of experience working in the logistics and supply chain industry, Mark is a communicator who thrives when leading large teams whilst balancing competing interests.

  • Brett is a qualified electrical engineer. For the past 15 years he has been working in the construction industry as a project manager, specializing in the area of lighting control and security systems. Brett has very strong technical skills in IP surveillance, intruder detection and building automation.

  • John has worked in the electronic industry since 1990. For the last 21 years he has performed in the roles of trainer, sales, and technical support in the security industry. John’s knowledge spans across most security products. He specializes in Inner Range’s Concept / Integriti systems, Paradox, Mobotix, Milestone, Genetec, Tecom, Forcefield Software and Exacqvision with which he holds current qualifications. John's role is strongly focused on providing high level design and commissioning expertise.

  • Brock is a highly skilled professional with expertise in the technology industry since 2017. Specializing in security and CCTV, he excels in commissioning, project management, and holds a license as an electrician. With prior experience in the Audio Visual sector, Brock currently manages the service department, where he oversees system design, client training, and commissioning. His qualifications include Milestone, Integriti, Tecom, and Hikvision certifications, reflecting his commitment to staying updated with industry standards. Brock's exceptional skills and dedication make him a valuable asset in the technology field.

  • Drawing upon his extensive background in the Victorian security industry, Dave brings a wealth of valuable experience and expertise to this crucial position as our Maintenance Accounts Manager. With a proven track record of accomplishments throughout his career, David's arrival significantly strengthens our team, guaranteeing exceptional maintenance services for our esteemed clients.

  • Mal joined Innov8tive Services in 2013. Mal worked his way through the business to become our lead electrician with vast knowledge in communications and fibre optic installations. In 2020 it was identified that all of Mal’s experience and knowledge could add further value to the business in a Project Manager role. Mal also offers excellent mentoring and guidance to the electricians and apprentices in the business.

  • Dana has a background in Architecture. For the past 15 years she has been working in the security and automation industry as an Autocad technician, technology estimator and systems designer.

  • Joining the business in 2021, Kathryn brings years of solid office management experience to the business.
