Australian Unity 'The Grace'

The Grace is an upmarket retirement living facility, situated in the beautiful suburb of Albert Park, consisting of 85 apartments, across twenty levels. Communal facilities such as swimming pool, bars, and lounge spaces are found throughout the development. Innov8tive Services was engaged by BESIX Watpac early on in the project in order to assist with design and consultation of the Access Control, CCTV and Intercom systems.

The Inner Range Integriti access control system, Genetec Video Management Software and Allied Telesis network backbone are discretely and elegantly distributed throughout the building to allow for site wide, intelligent surveillance and control.

As a testament to their work on the project, Innov8tive Services have now been engaged by Hutchinson Builders for Stage 2 of the development which is adjacent to The Grace and will consist of an additional 15 levels of Aged Care facilities.
